Course Description

This workshop aims to boost productivity, commitment and job satisfaction. It gets to uncover the person behind the colleague and bring people closer together. Combined with leaders’ coaching, it could aims at reaching the team’s peak performance.

Course Objective

After completing this training, learners will be able to:

• Better connect with their peers
• Create a positive working environment
• Reduce stress caused by interpersonal relations ( the major cause for job dissatisfaction)
• Be open to differences
• Manage conflict

Delivery Method

The program highly differs depending on the group size, objectives, preferences, and location. Based on requirements, we might encourage this workshop take place at the participants’ workplace, outdoor, and even in a restaurant or a park. Some teams spend a weekend togeth-er, other allocate 4 hours for such an activity.

Target Audience

Any team would require some effort on the part of participants and the team leader to be a successful one. It is recommended both the team members and the team leader be present in this workshop.

Study Material & Tools

Based on the agreed format, the material will be delivered. In some instances, no material whatsoever will be provided.

Program Language

All program materials will be in English or Arabic as per the customer’s preferences. The actual training sessions will be conducted by Facilitators fluent in both Arabic & English.
