Impact Consulting offers a variety of personality assessments to help its clients become more self-aware and learn new ways to achieve personal and professional goals. Individually, each assessment is a powerful developmental tool with a proven track record of helping leaders understand how their behaviors and preferences may impact their effectiveness.

Assessments are offered as a standalone service but can also be built directly into a Coaching package.

A few examples of how you might apply assessments to your personal and/or professional development:

• If you are engaged in Coaching to boost Leadership competencies, the Global Leadership Assessment ( GLA 360 ) by Marshall Goldsmith and the EQ-i 2.0 are a great starting place. The Hogan Assessments is a great follow-up assessment to drill down into the specifics.

• If your work is focused on team development, the EQi 360 is a powerful tool, as well as the HOGAN Assessments. Your work may be around talent selection or career development, and the right assessment will provide reliable answers in a short amount of time.

Our Master Coach has worked to become Certified Analyst for the following assessments, each of which is available to our clients based on individual needs, goals and desires. We will administer the assessment and conduct a debrief afterward so our clients are equipped with the tools they need to go forth and develop realistic action plans.
