To be an effective leader you have to define not just what is effective in general, but what is going to be effective for you, and in your particular situation. What works for one leader may not work for another.

This workshop is going to convey a sense of the diversity of leadership styles and approaches. We will provide you with feedback, a mirror in which you can take a more careful and objective look at yourself. We are going to provide individual Coaching and involve you in a variety of activities that enable you to recognize and define your personal approach to leadership.

And we will give you some time to think about how leadership needs to work for you and your people.
