Andreas has over thirty years of hands on experience in line management and human capital development holding managerial and consulting positions in multinational organizations in the Banking, Automotive, FMCG and Oil & Energy industry in Europe and the Middle East.
He has consulted with leaders on such key issues as leadership development coaching, action learning and workforce assessment. Andreas is helping successful leaders and high potentials achieve positive and measurable change in leadership behavior that is sustained, recognized and acknowledged by their Stakeholders.
Mr. Pratanos clients include Saudi Electricity Company, Qatar Petroleum, SABB (Saudi British Bank), Mobily, STC (Saudi Telecom Company), Alissa Auto Group, El-Ajou Group, Toyota, Nissan, Imperial Tobacco, as well as a number of other private and public organizations.
Originally from Athens, Greece, Andreas has been living and working in the GCC region since 2011.
He earned a B.Sc in Marketing and an MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, USA.
