Managing People for Middle Managers


This course aims at providing participants with necessary knowledge and understanding of the role of effective people management. The course will be interactive based and role-play as to ensure maximum participation and conceptualization of vital key learning skills. Key learning components will include understanding the role of participants as managers, motivators, coaches, team builders and performance evaluators.

This course will be delivered over 3 days.

Program Language

All program materials will be in English or Arabic as per the customer’s preferences. The actual training sessions will be conducted by Facilitators fluent in both Arabic & English
